Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Opening an account:  To open an account with Masigi, please fill out the Wholesale Application Form.  By signing the Wholesale Application Form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Our service to you:  We believe great products deserve great customer service. You deserve the best and Masigi will strive to provide that.

To submit an order: Email order details to contact@masigi.com 

Opening order minimum:  $50

Reorder minimum:  $50

Annual Purchase Requirements:  Wholesale accounts are not required to meet an annual purchase requirement at this time.

Payment:  All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed.

Shipping:  Shipping costs will be added to your invoice. We ship from NC via USPS or FedEx. A confirmation is sent via email with shipping information. While we endeavor to ship your order to you as soon as possible, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped.  Masigi is not responsible for any carrier delays. The retailer is responsible for covering any duties or customs fees for International orders. 

Retail Price:  We require our MAP to be honored.

Cancellations:  We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellations or reductions to an order may incur a 10% restocking fee. 

Damaged Goods:  If you receive a shipment containing damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange damaged merchandise to be returned at our expense.

Returns/Exchanges:  Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in case of defective merchandise as noted above. 

Change of Ownership:  If the business changes ownership, the new ownership is required to reapply for an account with Masigi. Any unpaid orders not shipped at the time of ownership change will need approval by the new owner prior to fulfillment. Paid orders will be processed and shipped normally.

Store Relocation:  If you relocate your business you will be required to update your account information or, at the discretion of the Masigi, reaffirm your account status by updating all the required account information.

Account Status & Review:  Accounts are reviewed when all documentation is received by Masigi. It can take 5-10 business days to process the application. The status of your account will be reviewed annually. In an effort to keep records accurate you may be asked periodically to provide updated information regarding the status of your business. Accounts showing no activity for more than one (1) year (from the date of account origination) will be closed.

Masigi products cannot be sold on Amazon, E-Bay, and similar sites, even if owned and operated by the same ‘brick-and-mortar’ store owner. Masigi products cannot be resold to distributors or other retail stores or organizations, even if owned and operated by the same ‘brick-and-mortar’ store owner. If you would like to sell our product through your own online store, please email contact@masigi.com to discuss online sales conditions. Online stores that are opened without prior Masigi approval will lead to account cancellation.

Masigi reserves the right to accept or reject the application and any or all supporting documentation at its sole discretion. Any such determination by Masigi shall be final. Masigi reserves the right to change the account application at its discretion for any reason. Masigi reserves the right to review and/or suspend or close any account at its discretion.
